Ribs, the remedy to your sleeping problems
We all have trouble sleeping here I assume. Some days I just lay in bed, wide awake for hours. Then I feel guilty for having wasted hours of study time laying around. Having insomnia in medical school is as sure as the sun will rise, which I'm sometimes awake to see. Oh well.
However, the thing that matters most is getting a full nights sleep the night before a test, and my personal breakfast reccomendation: A banana. ( your brain needs the potassium ).
