The Innovative Doctor

As a tech-savvy to-be doctor, I am interested in how the internet will influence hospitals and practice in the future. I certainly foresee myself atleast brainstorming ways to cut costs and increase efficiency of a Twitter/Facebook/Emal friendly practice.
