As I'm sitting here studying Diabetes, I come upon a question where a lady was found dead, yielding only pricks between her toes. How did she die? This reminds me of a movie I saw last year that stirred me. The title is "Pathology". I highly recommend this movie. It involves some medical residents who play this demented game where they murder somebody and have the rest of the group try to guess how they did it.
Interesting, I think I do the same thing in my head when I try to think of clinical vignettes they might give us on the exam.
